Alexandra Wheeler - Associate Priest in Charge

Following her counselling training and theological education Alex’s passion is with the pastoral work in the parish. Previously she had a career in health and education, working in the field of deafness most especially with children. She is in charge of the day to day running at St Leonards and is also the Associate Vicar in Copthorne.  Alex loves listening to people’s faith journeys,  their stories and helping them to explore these further in creative ways. She enjoys cooking for friends and experimenting with new recipes. She loves growing vegetables and flowers in her garden and enjoys being outdoors in the countryside.
